MAA is seeking an Apartment Make Ready Technician to perform general maintenance and ensure empty apartments are fully prepared for move-in. You’ll handle painting, pressure washing, grounds keeping, and basic tasks to keep the property in top condition.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in multifamily property management, facility maintenance, general labor, and/or mechanical repair

Responsibilities

• Prepare apartment homes for move-in including painting, pressure washing, grounds keeping, and basic maintenance tasks.
• Ensure apartment homes and property facilities are in good working order and ready for future residents
