ONYX Multifamily Group in Temple, TX is seeking a dependable Porter/Make Ready Technician to maintain the cleanliness, appearance, safety, and readiness of Villas at Belle Meadow. You will work with the maintenance team to prepare vacant apartments, respond to service requests, and help keep the property welcoming and well-maintained.

The ideal candidate has hands-on apartment maintenance or make-ready experience, understands turnover processes, and can lift up to 50 pounds while following

Formación

• Experience in multifamily maintenance and apartment turns.
• Ability to perform cleaning, basic repairs, and painting.
• Good communication and teamwork with residents and staff.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain clean, orderly common areas and assigned spaces.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents.
• Assist with basic groundskeeping and outdoor upkeep.
• Perform make-ready tasks including minor repairs and painting.
• Inspect vacant units for cleaning and repair needs before move-in.
• Report maintenance issues to the Property Manager or supervisor.
• Keep tools and supplies organized and manage inventory.
• Assist with moving or transporting supplies and preparing property for inspections.
