Charter Senior Living is seeking a Move-In Coordinator to guide residents through the transition from reservation to residency in our senior living community. You will coordinate with Sales, Nursing, Dining, Housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure a smooth, welcoming move-in experience.

The ideal candidate is organized, compassionate, customer-focused, and capable of communicating clearly with families.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior living, hospitality, customer service, move-in coordination, admissions or sales support preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the resident move-in process from reservation through move-in day.
• Partner with Sales, Nursing, Housekeeping, Dining, Maintenance and other departments to ensure move-in readiness.
• Communicate regularly with prospective residents and families throughout the transition process.
• Ensure apartments and resident spaces are prepared prior to move-in.
• Assist with move-in paperwork, scheduling and documentation.
• Support occupancy growth and resident satisfaction goals.
• Maintain attention to detail and follow-through during all move-in processes.
• Build relationships with residents, families and team members.
• Support tours, events and sales initiatives as needed.
• Create a warm, welcoming, hospitality-focused experience for new residents.

Position Summary

The Move-In Coordinator works under the direction of the Sales & Marketing Director and is responsible for coordinating and managing the resident move-in process to ensure a smooth, welcoming, and positive transition from reservation to residency.

This role partners closely with all community departments to support occupancy growth, resident satisfaction, and operational readiness while helping families feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the move-in experience.

• Experience with CRM or senior living software systems preferred
