Job summary

Residences at Wellpoint is seeking a Move-In Coordinator to guide residents and families through the transition from reservation to residency in our senior living community. You will partner with Sales & Marketing and other departments to ensure a welcoming, smooth move-in.

The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, with experience in senior living, hospitality, or related fields, and capable of managing paperwork, scheduling, and documentation while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Previous senior living, hospitality, customer service, move-in coordination, admissions, or sales support experience preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Compassionate and customer-service-focused attitude
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Professional demeanor and positive attitude
• Experience with CRM or senior living software systems preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the resident move-in process from reservation through move-in day
• Partner closely with Sales & Marketing, Nursing, Housekeeping, Dining, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure move-in readiness
• Communicate regularly with prospective residents and families throughout the transition process
• Ensure apartments and resident spaces are prepared prior to move-in
• Assist with move-in paperwork, scheduling, and documentation
• Help support occupancy growth and resident satisfaction goals
• Maintain strong attention to detail and follow-through during all move-in processes
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members
• Support community tours, events, and sales initiatives as needed
• Help create a warm, welcoming, and hospitality-focused experience for all new residents

Position Summary

The Move-In Coordinator works under the direction of the Sales & Marketing Director and is responsible for coordinating and managing the resident move-in process to ensure a smooth, welcoming, and positive transition from reservation to residency.
