Job summary

Touchmark, LLC in Bend, Oregon is seeking a Move-In Coordinator to organize transitions for new residents and support the Sales Team and Administrative office.

You will coordinate contracts, follow up on resident concerns, and assist in move logistics on campus, while modeling Touchmark's values and delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in business administration, marketing, or similar field preferred.
• At least two years' experience in an administrative role; experience with a sales tracking database is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate smooth move-ins and ensure a positive transition for new residents.
• Assist in resolving resident concerns and in gathering information to verify contracts.
• Sign contracts with residents and coordinate resident moves within the campus; support Sales Team and Administrative office.

If so, we would like to talk to you about joining our sales team as the Move-In Coordinator. Touchmark at Mt. Bachelor Village is Bend's leading full-service retirement community, located along the beautiful Deschutes River on the westside of town, dedicated to enriching the lives of residents and their families through five-star hospitality, services and amenities.

In this position, you will wear several hats. As the Move-In Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that every new resident has a well-organized and positive transition into our community. Additionally, you will have responsibilities such as listening to resident concerns and assisting in resolving issues, gathering information to ensure contracts are correct, signing contracts with residents, and coordinating resident moves within the campus. You will also support our Sales Team and Administrative office.

Wage starting at $23.50 or more/DOE plus bonuses

Requirements

• Associate's degree in business administration, marketing, or similar field preferred
• At least two years' experience in an administrative role; experience with a sales tracking database is preferred
• Availability to work weekends and/or flexible hoursExperience working with seniors is preferred
• Knowledge of legal or similar documents where accuracy is crucial
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, as well as a genuine interest in working with a senior population
