Job summary

Stio is seeking a hands-on Associate Studio Manager for its Greenwich, Connecticut Mountain Studio location scheduled to open late fall 2026. You will lead sales, coaching, hiring and training, and ensure exceptional customer experiences aligned with the Stio brand.

This role demands leadership, operations oversight and a passion for mountain-inspired apparel. As ASM you will partner with Store Manager and cross-functional teams to drive profitability, merchandising and customer acquisition

Qualifications

• High school equivalency or GED required.
• Bachelor’s or associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and coach retail staff.
• Inventory management through receiving, selling and merchandising.
• Drive sales and store profitability.
• Lead visual merchandising and marketing plans.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and cross-functional teams.
