Job summary

Solitude Mountain Resort is seeking a Shuttle Driver to transport guests between the Village base area and Moonbeam base area, while delivering friendly, safe service. The role requires operating guest shuttles and company vehicles, assisting guests on and off the shuttle, and maintaining a high standard of safety and guest relations.

Expect to perform snow removal, trash collection, and other shuttle-related duties; flexible scheduling including holidays and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and excellent driving record.
• Must safely operate company vehicles as assigned.
• Must have sufficient communication skills to answer guest questions.
• Must tolerate varying weather conditions and long periods outdoors.
• Capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Able to work flexible schedules including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Snow removal with snow shovels and equipment.
• Collection of trash and debris; sweeping.
• Assist guests with parking directions and shuttle knowledge.
• Safely drive guests between base areas as requested.
• Assist guests onto the shuttle in a polite and respectful manner.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
