Job summary

Monarch Mountain is seeking a CDL-B driver to operate 16+ passenger shuttles in a high-elevation, mountain environment. The role requires a current Colorado CDL-B with P2, a DOT physical, and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities include transporting guests, maintaining vehicle standards, logging operations, and ensuring rider safety. The position offers a seasonal, on-mountain work setting with a Monarch Mountain Season Pass as a perk.

Qualifications

• Six years of driving experience.
• Must have a valid US driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Colorado CDL-B with P2 endorsement required.
• Current DOT physical card.
• Able to drive in adverse winter conditions and mountain passes.

Responsibilities

• Operate Monarch’s large capacity buses (16+ passengers).
• Transport passengers to designated locations on schedule.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety.
• Log vehicle operations and report issues.
• Supervise passenger conduct and enforce rules.
• Adhere to speed limits and road requirements.
• Respond to on-duty communications and be available by phone.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
