Responsibilities

• Lead and direct Soda Springs Mountain Operations across winter and summer seasons.
• Oversee mountain patrol, tube town, lift operations, parking services, and ticketing.
• Recruit, train, evaluate, and develop staff while managing labor budgets.
• Develop and enforce safety policies; promote safe work practices.
• Coordinate summer maintenance and winter season preparation activities.
