Qualifications

• Current driver''s license with clean DMV record.
• Passion for serving others.
• Cell phone and ability to communicate via an app.
• Drive at speed limits and follow road safety rules.
• Read, write, and verbally communicate.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in groundskeeping/forestry.
• Knowledge of native plants, forest management, and ecological practices.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills for managing a large team.
• Proficiency in operating landscaping equipment and machinery.
• Understanding of safety regulations for grounds maintenance.
• Degree or certification in horticulture, forestry, landscaping, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain landscaped areas, including mowing, weeding, trimming, and planting.
• Assist with trail maintenance to keep pathways clear and accessible.
• Perform seasonal tasks such as leaf removal, snow clearing, and fire prevention activities.
• Clean and maintain outdoor common areas, including patios, gardens, and recreation spaces.
• Support the health and preservation of natural forest areas through basic forestry tasks.
• Report equipment issues or maintenance needs to supervisors promptly.

Education
