Job summary

Vail Resorts in Minnesota is hiring for winter seasonal positions, including a Retail Associate role. You will assist guests with gear and services and learn our latest outdoor offerings.

No prior experience is required, and we provide training. Starting wage is $20.00/hr with opportunities for development; on-site work, full-time and part-time shifts, and a strong benefits package are included.

Qualifications

• One year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Experience in the retail field preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills with ability to learn register.
• Basic math skills required.
• Ability to communicate fluently with co-workers and guests in accurate spoken and written English.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently ring up customer sales
• Ensure an enthusiastic and professional level of customer service at all times
• Maintain awareness of current promotions and advertisements
• Adhere to all company policies and guidelines
• Maintain orderly appearance of register area
• Protect company assets through loss prevention techniques
