Job summary

Snowshoe Mountain is seeking a Food & Beverage Attendant for the seasonal winter program. The role involves line cook responsibilities, cashier duties, and front/back-of-house tasks, with direct reporting to a supervisor.

Housing is available on-mountain, and responsibilities include maintaining guest service standards and kitchen operations. Start dates are late November to early December with shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• No prior experience required.
• Ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Line Cook duties following recipes and Chef instructions.
• Prepare and plate menu items with speed and accuracy.
• Assist in stock, mise en place and kitchen setup.
• Cashier duties: collect payment, input sales, balance cash.
• Communicate professionally with staff and guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation per standards.
