Young Automotive Group is seeking a motivated and reliable Property Custodian Team Member to help maintain our Mountain Creek Lodge training facility in Morgan, Utah. You will keep the property clean, organized, safe, and welcoming for employees, guests, and visitors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous custodial or maintenance experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of facilities (restrooms, common areas, outdoor spaces).
• General housekeeping of training facility cabins when tenants are renting cabins (changing sheets, emptying garbages).
• Conduct regular inspections and report maintenance needs promptly.
• Assist in setup and breakdown for events, ensuring areas are tidy and well-maintained.
• Handle waste disposal and recycling according to company policies.
• Collaborate with team members for efficient workflow and task completion.
• Uphold safety standards while performing custodial duties.
