Discovery Land Company’s Homewood Mountain & Lake Club in California is seeking a Content Creator, Photo & Video to capture authentic mountain moments for social, digital, events, and advertising. You will work with the Resort Marketing Manager and Media Coordinator, shooting outside, editing in Adobe CC and DaVinci Resolve, delivering ready-to-use content that tells the Homewood story.

Qualifications

• Strong photography and videography skills focused on outdoor, action, lifestyle, hospitality, or resort content.
• Proficiency with mirrorless cameras, action cameras, gimbals, and related equipment.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and DaVinci Resolve or similar editing software.
• Ability to work independently in the field and follow direction from the Marketing team.
• Excellent attention to detail and reliable file-management.
• Professional demeanor and strong guest/colleague communication.
• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate preferred.
• Advanced ski or snowboard ability with safe mountain navigation while carrying gear.
• Ability to communicate clearly with the Media Coordinator and Marketing Manager.

Responsabilités

• Capture high-quality photography and video of mountain conditions, skiing, events, guest experiences, and operations.
• Assist with planned shoots, campaigns, events, and special projects.
• Create short-form and real-time content for social and digital channels.
• Edit content using Adobe Creative Cloud, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
• Follow file-management and backup processes for efficient use by the team.
• Create content that authentically represents Homewood's mountain experience and culture.
• Collaborate with resort departments while working in active environments.
• Maintain brand standards and professional conduct around guests.
