Job summary

Vail Resorts is seeking a Seasonal Brand & Experience Specialist to support the Resort Marketing Team at Afton Alps. The role focuses on bringing the resort brand to life through events, activations, and partner collaborations, while delivering a standout guest experience.

You will manage cross-functional tasks, coordinate with internal operations and external vendors, and help capture on-mountain content for social media and PR use. Weekend and holiday work may be required.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree required.
• 2+ years marketing, events, sales or related experience.
• Excellent English language and writing skills.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Willing to work holidays, weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on events and brand activation plans to bring the resort brand to life for guests.
• Direct external agencies, vendors, partners and event staff to execute activations and events.
• Act as project manager and prioritize workflows across stakeholders.
• Assist on-mountain content capture and promotion of the resort across channels.
• Oversee on-resort messaging, signage and guest-facing promotional materials.
