POWDR-Copper Mountain, LLC is hiring a Base Operations Supervisor for Copper Mountain, CO. You will oversee base and equipment crews, coordinate scheduling, security, storage and dispatch of resources to ensure safe, timely service for guests and staff.

Ideal candidates have multi-year supervisory experience in construction/maintenance projects, strong leadership, and a solid grasp of safety and regulatory compliance. Competitive benefits and season pass perks are available.

Qualifications

• Five years of supervisory experience in construction/maintenance/project settings.
• Three years of supervisory experience in a relevant ops environment.
• Five years experience in construction/maintenance/project supervision.
• Valid Colorado Driver’s License required and background check.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Base & Equipment crews to meet service levels.
• Recruit, train, retain, and evaluate personnel for operations.
• Plan and implement tactical objectives for service levels.
• Maintain safety and compliance with OSHA and local regs.
• Manage budgets, expenses, and project records.
• Coordinate interdepartmental communications and external partners.
