Job summary

Vail Resorts in the mountains is seeking a Mountain Activities Attendant to deliver Epic guest service through alpine adventures such as Mountain Coasters, Snow Tubing, Lift Operations, and ticket scanning.

Starting wage is $20.00/hr for the winter seasonal 2026/2027, with full-time and part-time hours available. You will engage with guests worldwide, uphold safety, and help craft memorable mountain experiences while remaining flexible across departments.

Qualifications

• Be prepared to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Stand for long periods and be physically active.
• Reliable and capable of multi-department support.

Responsibilities

• Have fun and create experiences for guests and colleagues.
• Be safe and provide a safe experience for guests and staff.
• Serve others by assisting guests with activities and ticketing.
