We are looking for passionate & hardworking Guest Service Agents and Reservationists to join our Mount Lofty family. We are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic Guest Service Agent/Reservationist for our team at Mount Lofty House. If you are hospitable, flexible and genuinely care for others, you will do well. And have fun along the way.

Our Guest Service Agents/Reservationists will have responsibilities including:

• Welcoming all guests with warm hospitality
• Managing the guest experience from arrival to departure
• Handling check-ins and check-outs
• Answering and processing reservation inquiries via phone and email
• Demonstrating genuine passion for our guests
• Having full knowledge of hotel rooms, rates, restaurant and spa services, and hotel facilities
• Updating reservations across multiple platforms
• Communicating guest requests to relevant departments and ensuring fulfillment
• Delivering memorable experiences and exceptional customer service
• Working efficiently in a fast-paced team environment
• Maintaining a positive approach to upselling
• Assisting with broader estate operations as needed

Essential requirements include:

• Excellent communication skills and solution-focused approach

• A passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
• Experience in reservations or front office roles preferred
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends

This is a hands-on role as the front face of Mount Lofty House!
