Job summary

Jobot in Prineville, Oregon is seeking an experienced Moulder Operator to set up and operate Weinig moulders on hardwood mouldings. You will follow work orders, adjust cutterheads and knives, and monitor quality from start to finish.

The role offers full-time, direct-hire employment with relocation assistance for qualified candidates and a benefits package. Strong mechanical aptitude and prior moulding experience are required to ensure safety and product consistency.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating Weinig moulders is strongly preferred.
• Experience with industrial moulders in a millwork, woodworking, cabinet, or hardwood manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of moulder setup, tooling, cutterheads, and knife changes.
• Ability to read a tape measure and interpret production specifications.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to recognize wood defects and maintain consistent product quality.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety, housekeeping, and operating procedures.
