Job Description

Join a growing team at MotorWorld Toyota! We are seeking an Entry Level Technician with the potential to grow within our service shops. Enjoy great hours and benefits!

MotorWorld, part of the MileOne Autogroup, is situated on a 77-acre campus housing all our brands. Many of our employees have been with us for over 10 years, with some families spanning multiple generations in sales and service.

Summary

As an Entry Level Technician, you will perform light maintenance and vehicle repairs, including oil and filter changes. You will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure excellent service and customer satisfaction.

Essential Duties

1. Perform work as outlined on repair orders accurately and efficiently, adhering to dealership and factory standards.
2. Maintain records and documentation of all work performed.
3. Operate tools and equipment safely.
4. Road test vehicles as needed.
5. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with up to 2 moving violations.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, rotate, push, pull, and get in and out of vehicles.
• Willingness to participate in manufacturer-sponsored training programs.
