Qualifications

• Proficient in data entry, report tracking, and database maintenance.
• Skilled with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and organization.

Responsibilities

• Perform full engine rebuilds including teardown, cleaning, inspection, measurement, sub-assembly, and final fitting.
• Track engine and component mileage; maintain detailed engine history and evaluate condition.
• Troubleshoot engine and performance issues; document countermeasures.
• Generate technical and summary reports; develop and refine engine build procedures.
• Document build issues and evaluate assembly processes for consistency and quality.
• Maintain shop cleanliness including washroom and grinding room.
• Manage engine carts, dollies, tools, and consumables inventory.
• Sort and dispose of stock parts, chassis, and project materials.
• Perform precision tasks such as honing valve guides and polishing valve faces.
