Bob’s Motorcycles in Jessup, MD seeks a skilled Motorcycle Technician to join our service team. You will diagnose, maintain, and repair motorcycles, perform scheduled services, and ensure quality workmanship in a team-focused shop.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair motorcycles.

• Test ride motorcycles when necessary for diagnosis and quality control.
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Work collaboratively with service advisors and fellow technicians.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.

• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Manual dexterity and ability to perform physical repair work.
• Ability to work a Tuesday-Saturday schedule.
• Ability to work legally in the USA.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with BMW, Ducati, Honda, Triumph, or other motorcycle brands.
• Powersports or dealership service experience.

Compensation & Benefits:

Earnings potential: $50,000-$100,000, based on experience and qualifications.
