Job summary

Vindis Group Ltd. is seeking a motivated Motorcycle Technician to join the Aftersales Team.

You will maintain and repair motorcycles to the highest manufacturer and industry standards, delivering exceptional workmanship while safeguarding customer motorcycles and keeping an organized workshop. You will diagnose faults, service vehicles, and collaborate with the Service team to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction, all while complying with safety guidelines and maintaining comprehensive

Qualifications

• Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repair work in accordance with manufacturerspecifications.
• Diagnosing and resolving faults.
• Ensuring customer vehicles are handled with care and returned clean and professional.
• Working with the Service team to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Adhering to all Company, manufacturer and industry safety guidelines.
• Maintaining accurate and complete electronic service records.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing, maintenance and repair work per manufacturers' specifications.
• Diagnose and repair faults to the required standard.
• Handle customer motorcycles with care and return in a clean, professional condition.

About the Role:

Asa Motorcycle Technician, you will be an integral member of the Aftersales Team,ensuring that all motorcycles are maintained and repaired to the highestmanufacturer and industry standards. You will be responsible for deliveringexceptional technical workmanship while safeguarding customer motorcycles andmaintaining an organised and compliant workshop environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:
