Job summary

Peter Pan Bus Lines is seeking motivated individuals to serve as motorcoach operators, delivering safe, friendly service on defined routes.

We provide full training, a 40-hour work week guarantee, competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for advancement; CDL-B required with endorsements.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid CDL-B with passenger and air brake endorsements.
• Pre-employment DOT physical, drug screen and background check required.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Transport passengers on scheduled routes and ensure on-time performance.
• Assist passengers boarding and alighting; collect tickets and fares; provide announcements.
• Maintain a positive, safe customer experience and comply with company policies.

Peter Pan Bus Lines is now searching for motivated individuals who are serious about customer service and safety to work for us as motorcoach operators.

Fully licensed motorcoach operators will enter our company with increased merit, but we will provide full training to the right individual that is looking for a rewarding career providing safety and care to our customers.

Essential Duties of Success:

• Transport passengers via bus over specified routes to local or distant points according to time schedule
• Assist passengers on and off the coach, collecting tickets, fares, and providing informational announcements
• Provide a positive and safe experience for customers
• Successful candidates must have flexibility and be available to work days, nights, overnights, weekends and holidays

Prospective employees must meet a satisfactory pre-employment physical (Department of Transportation), drug screen, and background check including motor vehicle record, criminal record, and employment references.

Candidates must have a Commercial Drivers License-B with passenger and air break endorsements.
