Job summary

Peter Pan Bus Lines is seeking motivated individuals for a Charter Bus Driver role. Fully licensed drivers with CDL (Class A or B) and endorsements, plus other requirements, will be considered; full training is provided for the right candidate.

The position emphasizes safety, customer service, and flexibility to work various shifts across North America. Earners can expect competitive compensation ranging from $75,000 to $100,000+ per year, with weekly pay, paid training, and a benefits package

Qualifications

• Hold a Commercial Driver's License (Class A or B) with Air Brake and P endorsement and one of F, S, A, or V.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Excellent customer service skills are required.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to varying schedules.

Responsibilities

• Transport passengers via motorcoach on specified routes across North America.
• Assist passengers on/off, collect tickets, and provide clear announcements.
• Ensure a positive and safe experience for riders.
• Maintain scheduling flexibility for days, nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Complete pre-employment checks including DOT physical, drug screen, and background checks.

Peter Pan Bus Lines is seeking motivated individuals who are committed to customer service and safety to join our team as a Charter Bus Driver. Fully licensed bus drivers with the following minimum requirements will be evaluated with increased merit, but we will provide full training to the right individual seeking a rewarding career providing safety and care to our customers.

Minimum Requirements

• Commercial Driver's License (Class A or B) with Air Brake and P endorsement, plus one of the following: F, S, A, or V
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Essential Duties of Success

• Transport passengers via motorcoach over specified routes to local or distant points for day and multi* day trips across North America
• Assist passengers on and off the coach, collect tickets/fares, and provide informational announcements
• Provide a positive and safe experience for customers
• Maintain flexibility for scheduling, including days, nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays
• Meet all pre-employment requirements, including Department of Transportation physical, drug screen, and background check (motor vehicle record, criminal record, and employment references)
