Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years hands-on motor or stator winding experience.
• Basic math skills for measurements, tolerances, and test values.
• Ability to operate forklifts and overhead cranes safely.
• Ability to work independently with tight tolerances and minimize waste.
• Strong ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
• Experience with hand tools and equipment used in winding and electrical assembly.
• Soldering and brazing experience for electrical connections.

Responsibilities

• Consistently follow safety protocols and promote safe working practices.
• Follow detailed instructions and repeat winding procedures to ensure consistency.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and work areas.
• Insulate motor frames during winding to meet specs and prevent faults.
• Conduct high-voltage testing on stator windings and document results.
• Record information for traceability and product lifecycle management.
• Apply brazing to join copper windings and electrical connections with proper heat control.
• Select filler materials and execute brazing to produce uniform joints while protecting insulation.
• Review drawings and instructions, verify workmanship through visual inspections and tests.
• Collaborate with quality control and maintenance to identify process improvements.
