About the Position:

This is a military technician position with the 81st Readiness Division, Equipment Concentration Site 43, Storage Branch locate at Fort Benning, Georgia. This position requires an active membership as a Soldier in the Army Reserve before a start date can be set. Minimum Qualifications (Screen Out Element):


  1. Ability to do the work of an Motor Vehicle Operator Supervisor without more than normal supervision.

  2. Ability to Lead or Supervise.

  3. To meet the screen out element, applicants should document experience or show the ability to do the following:

    • skill in workforce planning

    • training and employee development

    • administrative and employee management

    • operation of motor vehicles



  4. Prioritize workload based off future deadlines, identifying training needs, and operating the full range of gasoline and diesel powered vehicles.

  5. Failure to meet this Screen Out Element will result in an ineligible rating.

  6. Ability To Lead or Supervise Administration and Management Operation of Motor Vehicles Planning and Evaluating Training and Employee Development
