• Start and refine an electrical motor repair process to complement existing mechanical and electrical repairs.
• Apply engineering experience to motor repair and rewinding tasks.
• Help establish procedures and processes related to motor repairs.
• Collaborate with site management and mechanical engineers to identify equipment needs for rebuild, rewind, and test of motors.
