Bydand Recruitment Group is recruiting for litigators with RTA experience to join a specialist Defendant RTA team within a nationally recognized law firm. The role offers remote work, handling a challenging motor claims caseload for insurer clients.

You will manage complex, multi-track motor file, draft pleadings, instruct counsel, and collaborate with senior solicitors on high-profile litigation, with hybrid flexibility and a supportive team culture.

Formación

• Solicitor with proven experience in RTA litigation — multi-track preferred, fast-track considered
• Strong drafting, analytical and case strategy skills

• Location: Remote
• Salary: Up to £50,000 (Dependent on Experience)
• Experience: Solicitor Claimant or Defendant with RTA experience

Managing a caseload of complex motor cases

• Manage your own caseload of RTA claims (fast & multi-track)
• Draft pleadings, instruct counsel and attend strategic case conferences
• Analyse expert medical and liability evidence to drive successful outcomes
• Collaborate with senior solicitors on high-profile litigation
