Qualifications

• Three or more years of heavy highway and civil construction as a Motor Grader Operator.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate in English (verbal and written).
• Move about a construction site and lift up to 50 pounds daily.

Responsibilities

• Operate GPS and Laser Controlled Grading System motor grader.
• Performs rough grade work to close specification control.
• Perform maintenance work on motor grader including oiling, greasing, and adjustments.
• Comply with all safety policies and report unsafe activities.
• Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
• Other unlisted duties will be assigned.
