Job Title: Motor Grader Operator
Location: Based in Tampa, FL – Travel required throughout Hillsborough, Pasco, and Polk counties
Pay: $30/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Job Description:
We are hiring a skilled Motor Grader Operator for construction and site development work. The ideal candidate has experience grading roads, building pads, and other surfaces to precise specifications using a motor grader.

This role is based in Tampa but requires travel to job sites across Hillsborough, Pasco, and Polk counties.

Important: Only applicants with prior motor grader experience will be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Operate a motor grader to cut, level, and finish surfaces for construction, roadwork and site development
• Perform daily inspections of the equipment and report maintenance needs
• Work safely and efficiently as part of a construction crew
