Job summary

Motorcycle Maxx & Integrity Cycles LLC in Lewis Center, OH is seeking a skilled Service Technician who loves motorcycles and takes pride in quality workmanship. You will diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, perform maintenance, and conduct pre-delivery inspections on new and used units.

You will document repairs, communicate with service advisors and customers, maintain a clean, safe shop, and stay current with service bulletins and recalls.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a motorcycle or powersports technician preferred.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing a variety of makes and models.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and service software.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Must supply own tools; valid driver's license required.
• Manufacturer certifications (e.g., MMI, ATC, or OEM) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on motorcycles and powersports equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire replacements, brake inspections, and tune-ups.
• Conduct pre-delivery inspections (PDI) on new and used units.
• Accurately document repair orders, parts used, and labor time in the service management system.
• Communicate with service advisors and customers regarding repair status and recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the service bay.
• Stay current on manufacturer service bulletins, recalls, and technical updates.
