Job summary

Planet Fitness in Owasso, OK is hiring a Personal Trainer to design and deliver personalized fitness programs, motivate clients, and help them reach health goals. You will build long‑term relationships, promote services, and grow your client base while delivering an engaging, supportive training experience.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree a plus), CPR and national certification, and 1–2 years of experience with comfort using basic computer tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification required (or willingness to obtain immediately).
• National certification (or readiness to obtain) upon hire.
• 1–2 years of personal training or related experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in fitness-related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Motivate clients and guide them to improve endurance, strength, and wellness.
• Educate clients on form, technique, and safe equipment use for goal attainment.
• Deliver personalized training plans and build long‑term client relationships.
