Ladders is seeking a Visual Designer II to shape motion-forward visual experiences across digital touchpoints. You will own design work from concept through implementation, blending motion, interaction, and product design to create polished experiences.

Remote role for US-based candidates only. Compensation ranges from $101,000 to $151,000 annually, with health coverage and stipends. Work with cross-functional teams to deliver reusable assets and strong product systems.

Qualificações

3+ years of experience in motion, visual, or product design in a product-driven environment.
Portfolio showcasing motion and visual design skills, including animation and storytelling.
Proficient with animation principles and tools like After Effects, LottieFiles, and Rive.

Responsabilidades

Design motion-forward experiences across platforms, emphasizing clarity and storytelling.
Create animations and interaction patterns that enhance customer understanding.
Own visual and motion design projects from concept to implementation, ensuring high-quality craft.
Contribute to product design by mapping user flows and developing interaction concepts.
Create reusable visual assets and motion patterns to strengthen product systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive experiences.
Prepare production-ready assets and work with engineers to ensure proper implementation.
