Motion Solutions Engineer - Upper Midwest

This role is a remote opportunity covering the Upper Midwest territory, including Minneapolis, Iowa, Nebraska, N+S Dakota.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Act as the key point of contact for customers, consult, and deliver simulations to showcase the clients' motion solutions.
• Sales Support: Support lead qualification and develop sales strategies.
• Proposal Development: Prepare accurate technical proposals and quotations aligned with customer specifications.
• Industry Presence: Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote products, network, and gather market insights.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field, or relevant technical experience as a technician.
• Proven experience in technical sales, inside sales, or engineering roles within drives, motion control, motor automation, or related industries.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and self-motivation for a fast-growing market.
• Willingness to travel approximately 40% to customer sites.
• Technical experience with PLC and VFD programming, encoders, and HMI's.
• Experience with protocols and integration of Fieldbus systems.
