Warehouse personnel are key members of our team. They provide the highest levels of customer service by performing all shipping and receiving activity for the Branch, ensuring the customer receives the correct products in a timely manner. They are also responsible for stocking and properly maintaining merchandise, which is an important role in our process of keeping industry in motion.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing excellent customer service to enhance relationships and lead to ongoing sales.
• Matching packing slips to inventory items received.
• Recording items in the computer system.
• Preparing items for delivery to customers.
• Maintaining a clean warehouse.
• Restocking shelves when new inventory arrives.
• Preparing customer returns for shipment.

Requirements include:

• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Reliability, organization, attention to detail, and focus.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Ability to move up to 110 lbs. and lift up to 50 lbs.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Own transportation, valid driver license, and a good driving record.
• Clean criminal background.
• Ability to pass drug/alcohol test.
