Job summary

AuraOne, Inc. is seeking a Motion Graphics Production Reviewer to remotely evaluate prompts and responses against our quality rubric, label edge cases, and provide structured feedback for retraining the model.

You will compare paired outputs, assign severity tags, and document recurring failure modes to help improve future training runs.

This CONTRACTOR role requires reliable async availability for at least 10 hours per week and authorization to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Prior evaluation, annotation, or human-rater experience on motion graphics production evaluation or adjacent content for Motion Graphics Production Reviewer work.
• Comfort applying multi-page rubrics consistently across long batches.
• Clear written reasoning that names the issue and the rubric clause being applied.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to flag when a prompt itself is the problem.
