Dialogica is a cutting-edge tech startup revolutionizing productivity through AI-driven solutions. As Motion Graphics Producer, you will lead the development and execution of diverse 2D animation projects that visually communicate our story and fuel growth.

You will collaborate with engineering and creative teams to deliver engaging visuals on time and within budget. You will own the final product’s visual storytelling, maintain brand quality, and coordinate with external vendors as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years creating 2D motion graphics in After Effects.
• 5+ years creating 2D motion graphics for tech or creative industries.
• Experience managing clients and full-cycle production of original content.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
• Familiarity with creating Lottie files and other motion graphics formats.
• Experience with modern design and animation tools (Figma, Cavalry, Jitter).
• Experience developing 2D digital assets and iconography.
• Knowledge of 3D animation is a plus.
• Experience with data visualization tools (QGIS, ParaViewer).
• Familiarity with scripting languages like Python or JavaScript.
• Strong conceptual and visual problem-solving abilities.
• Highly resourceful with excellent asset management practices.
• Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing projects in a dynamic startup environment.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, edit, and produce 2D animation assets and motion graphics from concept to completion for campaigns, product launches, marketing, and internal messaging.
• Collaborate directly with engineering, product, and creative teams to identify project priorities and craft innovative, on-brand visuals.
• Track significant product milestones and proactively develop supporting motion graphics content.
• Push the creative envelope while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and brand quality.
• Take ownership of the final product's visual storytelling and effectiveness.
• Clearly communicate project status, milestones, and financials to internal stakeholders and third-party vendors.
• Source and vet external vendors as needed to enhance creative output and team capabilities.

Job Description

As a Motion Graphics Producer at Dialogica, you will lead the creative development and execution of diverse 2D animation projects that visually communicate our story, inspire users, and fuel our next stage of growth. You will collaborate closely with our engineering and creative teams to produce content that is both highly engaging and technically accurate for internal and external audiences. You will also coordinate with outside resources as needed to deliver exceptional results on time and within budget.

• Plan, organize, conceptualize, edit, and produce 2D animation assets and motion graphics from concept to completion for campaigns, product launches, marketing, and internal messaging

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience creating 2D motion graphics in Adobe After Effects

• 5+ years creating 2D motion graphics for tech or creative industries

• Experience managing clients and full-cycle production of original content

• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro)
