Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required by government contract.
• Must be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance.
• A background investigation will be conducted.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality motion graphics, animations, and multimedia content for digital, social, video, and presentation platforms.
• Translate strategic objectives, audience insights, and complex subject matter into engaging visual narratives and motion-based storytelling experiences.
• Support concept development, storyboarding, animation planning, and creative ideation for campaigns.
• Collaborate with designers, writers, strategists, UX specialists, and communications teams to develop integrated creative solutions.
• Create and maintain motion graphics templates, animation libraries, visual assets, and reusable resources.
• Support video production through animation, compositing, visual effects, title sequences, transitions, and motion enhancements.
• Ensure outputs align with brand standards, accessibility requirements, and enterprise quality expectations.
• Participate in creative reviews and feedback sessions, refining work based on stakeholder input.
• Contribute to social media content, digital campaigns, presentations, and multimedia communications products.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of creativity and execution.
• Stay current on emerging motion graphics trends, animation techniques, AI-enabled tools, and evolving multimedia technologies.
• Collaborate effectively across geographically distributed teams to support project delivery.
• Support the evolution of creative processes, workflows, and best practices.
