Responsibilities

• Execute briefs into compelling, high-impact creative assets for paid social.
• Design assets for Meta, YouTube, TikTok and other growth channels.
• Ensure brand consistency across the customer journey with Growth teams.
• Incorporate feedback and performance insights into iterations.
• Stay up-to-date with latest social trends and creative tools.

Overview

We’re seeking a talented and detail-oriented Motion Graphics Designer to create high-impact digital ads and marketing assets that drive engagement, conversions, and brand consistency across paid social and other growth marketing channels.

This role will collaborate closely with Growth Marketers, Creative Strategists, and cross-functional teams to develop compelling, performance-driven visuals. The ideal candidate has a strong design background, an eye for storytelling, and a deep understanding of digital marketing best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute marketing briefs into compelling, high-impact creative assets that drive engagement and conversions
• Design and produce creative assets for growth-focused channels like Meta, YouTube, and TikTok
• Partner with Growth teams to ensure the brand is consistently represented across all stages of the customer journey.
• Incorporate feedback and performance insights into creative iterations to enhance effectiveness
• Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and creative industry tools and technologies.

Required Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects - should know expressions and character animation
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and Figma

Preferred skills

• Video capture/editing platforms
• Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, etc

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in successful paid social creative development
• A strong design portfolio showing great typography, design, and animation work
• Good at juggling multiple projects and meeting deadlines
• Must speak fluent English
• Experience designing high-performing creative for multi-platform campaigns that enhance brand identity
