Advanced Systems Group LLC is seeking a talented Motion Graphics Designer to craft engaging visuals for a leading tech video platform. This remote role offers flexible hours and the chance to influence multiple content formats across digital channels.

You will collaborate with producers and cross-functional teams, design motion graphics and animations, and deliver polished assets that align with brand guidelines and project goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or related field.
• Proven motion graphics and animation experience for digital media.
• Strong skills in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Ability to interpret briefs and maintain brand consistency.
• Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality motion graphics and visual assets for educational and digital content.
• Collaborate with producers to translate briefs into visuals.
• Design and animate title sequences, transitions, lower thirds, and infographics.

About The Role

The Motion Graphics Designer role is ideal for individuals passionate about bringing stories to life through animation and dynamic visuals. This position places you at the core of creative projects for an industry-leading tech video-sharing platform, where you will influence the visual identity of diverse content types. You will be responsible for shaping the look and feel of projects, making ideas visually compelling, and leaving a distinctive mark on every frame. This is a remote and flexible position with variable hours that adjust based on business needs. Occasional support during early mornings, late evenings, or special events may be required to meet project demands and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in motion graphics design and animation for digital media platforms.
• Strong proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant tools.
• Solid understanding of video editing, visual effects, and audio integration.
• Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate them into engaging visual content.
• Experience working within brand guidelines and maintaining visual consistency.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of platform-specific requirements and best practices for social media, digital, web, and video channels.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous learning.

• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of platform-specific requirements and best practices across social, digital, web, and video channels.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met in a fast-paced production environment.
• Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to review creative concepts, incorporate feedback, and ensure timely delivery of final assets.
• Organize and maintain project files, templates, and creative assets in accordance with established workflows and file management standards.
