Job summary

Roc Nation in New York City is seeking a Graphic Designer - Motion to work in our NYC office and report directly to the Jr. Art Director.

The position requires the ability to design to various client needs in collaboration with the wider creative team. Candidates must have an understanding of Roc Nation's aesthetics and branding, past and current content, and be able to identify opportunities for growth with a high level of execution and knowledge of what's trending in entertainment and culture

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in motion design and visual communication, preferably in the entertainment sector.
• Extensive experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, InDesign).
• PDF portfolio or online portfolio required.
• Applicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visa.

Responsibilities

• Own the full design process from ideation to completion for motion graphics.
• Execute motion graphics for the Creative team as the primary resource.
• Pre‑determine motion design needs and address them proactively with template-driven solutions.
• Assist in creating and producing advertising, marketing, and all collateral materials.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to fulfill asset needs.
• Brainstorm and develop innovative ideas with the team.
• Uphold Roc Nation brand standards.
