Job summary

SHINE Systems is seeking a GEOINT Analyst to support NGA Campus East (Springfield, VA). The role requires extensive experience in GEOINT, proficiency with Motion GEOINT tools, and the ability to deliver geospatial products that meet NGA standards.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with national intelligence agencies, produce high-quality reports and briefings, and apply geospatial methods to complex intelligence challenges.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years GEOINT experience; degree may supplement experience
• Proven expertise in Motion GEOINT tradecraft and analysis
• Proficiency with Motion GEOINT software applications
• Experience collaborating with national or service intelligence agencies
• Ability to prepare, maintain, and present intelligence reports and briefings with visual aids
• Produce GEOINT products meeting NGA standards and quality requirements
• Familiarity with NGA digital data sources (NTM, PAN, SAR)
• Capable of geolocation and mensuration
• Experience creating, updating, and managing geospatial databases and products
• Ability to analyze intelligence issues using geospatial tools for actionable reports
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of intelligence organizations, collection/reporting systems, sources and analytic methods

Experience & Skills Required

• Proven expertise in Motion GEOINT tradecraft and analysis
• Proficiency with common Motion GEOINT software applications
• Experience collaborating with national or service intelligence agencies/centers
• Ability to prepare, maintain, and present intelligence reports, displays, and briefings, including the use of visual aids
• Skilled in producing GEOINT products that meet NGA standards and quality requirements
• Familiarity with NGA digital data sources (NTM, PAN, SAR, etc.)
• Capable of geolocation and mensuration
• Experience creating, updating, and managing geospatial databases and products
• Ability to analyze intelligence issues and military affairs, applying geospatial tools to produce actionable reports and solutions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of intelligence organizations, collection and reporting systems, sources, and analytic methods
