Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies in McLean, VA is seeking a Junior Motion GEOINT Analyst to support DoD and IC missions through full-motion video exploitation, Motion GEOINT analysis, and imagery production in a 24/7 environment.

The role requires U.S. citizenship with TS/SCI clearance, 3+ years of intelligence analysis experience or a related degree with military training, and the ability to work 24/7 shifts. Onsite position with strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and active TS/SCI clearance.
• 3+ years of post-schoolhouse intelligence analysis experience or a related bachelor's degree with military intelligence training.
• Military intelligence MOS or equivalent background such as IMINT, All-Source, SIGINT, or HUMINT.
• Ability to work 24/7 shift schedules in a high-tempo environment.
• Ability to complete required program training and screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-motion video and Motion GEOINT exploitation.
• Analyze multi-spectral, IR, SAR, hyperspectral, and LiDAR imagery.
• Touch-type live exploitation comments with 32 WPM and 90% accuracy.
• Produce storyboards, vehicle follows, and 360-degree graphics.
• Create NGA-standard imagery products, reports, and briefings.
• Research and analyze current and historical imagery.
• Support DoD/IC mission requirements and collaborate with intelligence and geospatial teams.

About the Role

• Support DoD/IC mission requirements and collaborate with intelligence and geospatial teams.

• Experience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community operations.
• Experience with SAP environments.
