We are looking for a Motion Designer to join our team.
Make high-impact ad creatives seen by hundreds of thousands of users daily, test hypotheses with real performance data, and impact business growth.
Work with cutting-edge AI tools. You’ll have the resources to test bold, trend-driven creative concepts and access to the latest AI tools.

Produce engaging 2D animated ad creatives based on briefs from the creative team, designed to differentiate the product from competitors.
Collaborate closely with creative marketers, actively contributing to idea generation, discussions, and brainstorming sessions.
Enhance creatives using animation, visual and sound effects, subtitles, and a variety of AI tools to maximize emotional impact.
Continuously iterate on video creatives using performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, and hook rate to improve results.
Research, test, and implement new tools and automation solutions to optimize production workflows and elevate creative quality.
1–2 years of commercial experience creating 2D animated videos or handling video editing tasks.
Strong proficiency in After Effects for motion design and animation work.
Basic working knowledge of Illustrator, Figma, Premiere Pro.
Practical experience using AI tools such as ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Sora, NanoBanana, Freepik, or similar solutions.
Solid understanding of animation and editing principles with the ability to combine visuals, motion, and sound into a competitive video product.
English proficiency at B1+ level, sufficient for research and working with content.
Strong time management skills with the ability to plan workload effectively and consistently meet deadlines.
