Job summary

Ansera seeks a Motion Designer to bring ideas to life through graphics, animation, and video for live events, brand activations, and client content. You’ll translate scripts into polished visuals, collaborating with producers, creative directors, editors, and VFX artists.

Ideal candidates have a dynamic portfolio, strong After Effects and Creative Suite skills, and the ability to manage time and deliver on tight deadlines. Hybrid role based in Cincinnati, Columbus, or Chicago with in-office days.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating motion design, animation, and video work.
• Professional experience delivering graphics for corporate and agency clients.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite, with plugins.
• Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design and animate motion graphics for events, activations, and client content.
• Analyze scripts and treatments to develop visual approaches.
• Add effects to edited content to enhance visuals.
• Help design storyboards and plan assets.
• Collaborate with producers, creative directors, editors, and designers.
• Estimate hours and manage budgets and deadlines.
• Manage project assets and archiving.
• Stay current with design techniques and trends.
