Job summary

Gismart in the United States is seeking a creative Motion Designer to join our remote-first team. You’ll design and animate performance-driven video creatives for major platforms and collaborate across UA and Creative teams to iterate quickly.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as a Motion Designer in marketing, ideally focused on performance / UA creatives.
• Portfolio showcasing your motion design work, especially performance marketing video ads.
• Strong proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Ability to ship at high cadence while maintaining quality.
• Basic sound design and mixing skills.
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher English.

Responsibilities

• Design and animate performance-driven video creatives for Meta, TikTok, Google, AppLovin, and Snapchat
• Collaborate with the Creative Producer and UA team on briefs, hypotheses, and rapid iterations
• Adapt winning concepts into multiple variations: hooks, lengths, aspect ratios, languages, audiences
• Edit footage (UGC, stock, screen captures, app gameplay) into polished, on-brand videos
• Maintain visual consistency and quality at high cadence, with multiple creatives per week
• Use AI-powered tools to speed up production where it makes sense
• Stay current with motion trends and platform-native ad formats

About the role:

Our team is looking for a creative, driven Motion Designer to join us. If you’re not afraid of challenges, ready to grow fast, make decisions, and take ownership, we’re a match.
We don’t limit our designers to just producing videos. We’re building a team where people support each other, bring their own ideas, shape processes, and own their initiatives from start to finish.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience as a Motion Designer in marketing, ideally focused on performance / UA creatives

• Portfolio showcasing your motion design work (performance marketing video ads are a big plus)

• Strong proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro
  Solid understanding of what makes a performance creative work: hooks, pacing, retention, CTAs

• Ability to ship at high cadence without losing quality

• Basic sound design and mixing skills

• Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher English

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience with AI video / image / audio tools (Runway, Kling, Sora, Pika, Higgsfield, ElevenLabs, Suno, Midjourney)

• llustrator and Figma for static assets

• Background producing UGC-style or storytelling ad creatives

• Experience writing plugins or scripts to automate and optimize your own and your team’s workflow
