Life.Church is seeking a Motion Designer to develop motion graphics for Central and campus teams, weekend experiences, and ministry campaigns. You will create 2D/3D content, storyboard concepts, and push design techniques while aligning with team direction to advance Life.Church’s mission.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of related work, strong communication, and the ability to lead projects and collaborate across departments in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of related work experience.
• Excellent verbal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Strong leadership and ability to guide others.

Responsibilities

• Review project management system to receive assignments and project tasks.
• Develop storyboard and concepts for motion graphics.
• Create animations and motion graphics using After Effects, Cinema 4D and other applications.
• Collaborate with Central and campus teams to create necessary motion graphics.
• Create engaging visual 2D and 3D content for weekend experiences and ministry teams.
• Identify and implement new design techniques and practices.
• Demonstrate self-motivation, independent decision-making, and problem solving with innovation.
• Manage multiple tasks and deadlines with flexibility.
