Job summary

Disney is seeking a Motion Design Intern for the FX Design & VFX team. Work on branding, campaigns, and visual storytelling for FX shows, collaborating with designers and directors.

This paid internship runs January 2027 through June 2027, reporting to the Creative Director, Motion Design, in Burbank, CA. You will gain hands-on experience with 2D/3D animation, logo and styleframe design, and production versioning while attending seminars on entertainment marketing concepts.

Qualifications

• Design, conceptual problem solver, and out of the box thinker.
• Skilled multi-tasker and detail oriented.
• Experience with Adobe apps (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Design logos and styleframes, research and conceptualize ideas.
• 2D and/or 3D animation.
• Assisting our Production team in generating multiple versioning for all marketing spots.
• Participate in bi‑weekly Seminars to cover broader entertainment marketing concepts
