Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional motion design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Cinema4D or Blender.
• Solid understanding of animation principles and visual storytelling.
• Experience using AI tools for video editing, asset generation, or concept exploration.
• A compelling portfolio showcasing motion work and AI integration examples.
• Strong attention to detail and an iterative design mindset.
• Nice to have: coding/scripting knowledge (Python, JavaScript, or visual scripting in Houdini).
• Experience with real-time engines (Unreal Engine, Unity).
• Knowledge of audio-reactive visuals or sound design.
• Background in branding or product design.

Responsibilities

• Design and animate 2D/3D motion graphics for videos, apps, web, and social content.
• Collaborate with art directors, writers, and engineers to bring creative concepts to life.
• Utilize AI tools to generate or enhance animation workflows and effects.
• Contribute to the development of templates and systems to streamline content production.
• Maintain brand consistency across all motion outputs.
